The detailed technical lighting specification gives the detail of the curcuits, the fittings, the exact control gear by circuit, the lamp specification, loading etc. It is presented by room, circuit and fitting. It goes alongside the CAD drawings and provides the information required for first fix electrics. It forms the basis of our post first fix check where we check the accuracy of the M&E first fix installation.
The attached sample file is for a very large project and includes a large number of Lutron blinds as well. This is larger than the majority of our technical specifications.
